In the recent years, the number of cyber attacks has risen tremendously. These attacks have caused many chief security officers to lose sleep. In view of these attacks, it is of utmost importance to conduct regular updates of virus patches, definitions and Operating Systems security patches. It has now become a daily affair to keep our Anti-Virus, Security software and Operating Systems patches up-to date to prevent any cyber attacks on our Information Systems.

These new color MFPs from Toshiba has in-build Hardcopy Security that prevents illegal copying. When an unauthorised person copies an original document, an invisible security watermark will appear on the printed page. Toshiba’s renowned simplicity of use is truly remarkable as with a simple check in the printer driver is all that is needed for a user to enable this function. Furthermore, it is fully editable for users to create new hardcopy messages, strings and text patterns too. The new Toshiba e-STUDIO Color MFPs has enhance Role-Base Access Controls to enable legitimate users or to prevent unauthorized access to the MFP. Last but not least, these new MFPs are truly network secured with IPSec, IP filtering, MAC address filtering and 802.1x for wireless authentication.
